ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT - Delivery is by a pallet distribution company and charged at £50.00 + vat per pallet to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish highlands) and is to CURB SIDE ONLY. Handball to delivery point or into ground floor premises can be arranged subject to quotation. Please advise if road access is difficult as goods are delivered on large Lorries which will need room to off-load. We will contact you to advise delivery dates, which are usually 3-4 days from order date.
A pallet will take 2 of these units.

Returns Procedure

Returns should be notified within 7 days from the date of delivery. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the date of return to our warehouse. Refunds will be made via the payment method and to the account holder or card number originally used for the purchase. In case you do not like anything you purchased from us, you can return your order or parts of your order for a refund of the goods only within 7 days. There will be a handling charge of 15% on all returned goods.

Damages and Shortages

All damages or shortages must be notified within 3 days of receiving your delivery. All orders need to be signed for and parcels will only be left at alternative addresses if the customer has supplied us with the information. Please advise us the days you are not there to accept deliveries or there will be redelivery charges applied which is 50% in addition to the standard delivery charge originally paid. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation - Consumer Contract Regulation

If you are a Consumer you have the right under the Consumer Contract Regulation to cancel your order or parts of your order you bought from us for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your contract with us you can do so without giving us any reasons within 14 days from the day of delivery. You can fill in this cancellation form or contact us. The goods must be unused, in saleable condition and in its original packaging.
